Rapper Post Malone experienced a fall and wounded his ribs on Saturday when he fell through an opening in the stage during his exhibition in St. Louis, as indicated by his manager.
“Much obliged to you everybody for all your warm wishes! @postmalone didn’t break 3 ribs lastnite [sic] thank god,” the rapper’s chief, Dre London, composed on Instagram on Sunday. “We did X-beams @ hospital after the show and they proclaimed he had wounded his ribs!”
Post Malone was performing at the Undertaking Community in midtown St. Louis when he fell.
Concert attendee Tana Cantrell let reporters know that the mishap occurred about an hour into his performance.
“At the time from my point, it appeared as though he just imploded in front of an audience, snatching the center of his chest,” Cantrell said. “You could find right in front of him and body how much torment he was in and that is the point at which I realized this was significant. His legs were shudder from the pain.”
“From different points you could see that there was an opening in the stage that he had fallen through when they dropped his guitar down and they didn’t get the floor returned up in time,” Cantrell added.
After around 10 minutes, Post Malone got up with assistance from others, and went to enjoy some time off, as indicated by Cantrell. When he got back to the stage he over and over apologized prior to completing the show, Cantrell said.
Dre London praised the rapper for completing the show “in obvious Posty fashion.”
“I really don’t have a clue about any craftsman like him,” the Instagram post proceeded.
On Sunday, the rapper apologized and expressed gratitude toward his St. Louis fans in a video likewise presented on Dre London’s Instagram. He affirmed Cantrell’s record that he fell through an opening that was intended to hold his guitar stand.
“We just returned from the hospital, and everything’s great,” Post Malone said in the video. “They gave me a few aggravation drugs and everything, so we can continue to kick ass on the tour.”
