A shelter or a roof over the head is a basic requirement of any individual. It is the bare minimum that should be necessarily available for one and all irrespective of them having low levels of income. Moreover, most people wish to upgrade their living conditions as their net income increases and they can acquire more assets. Cue the perfect professional for the job- the real estate agent. Real estate pros are few and far between, as the job requires not only a quick-thinking and competitive mind but also the ability to put customer satisfaction above all. This is why, when a new name rises to the top and chooses to represent the community, there is a lot of fanfare. Fortunately, Aron G. Lofton deserves every bit of it.
Hailing from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Aron G. Lofton is one of the most well-known real estate agents in the industry. But this 44-year-old is not only known for his real estate world qualities, he was popular as an MMA fighter also before he decided to have a career change. He worked in the profession for at least six years, practising martial arts, and competing with the finest players. But this does not mean that Lofton is fairly new in his profession as a real estate developer, back then even when he was an MMA fighter, he had his fair share of interests in the career.
In over 12 years, Lofton managed to learn and bring a lot of changes to his company, through hardships and natural calamities. he established his commercial painting company in 2006. Back then it had only two available services- one was new construction and the other was handling significant loss of insurance claims. For a decade they managed to maintain the profits of the company, but when in 2016 things came down in the form of a hailstorm, everyone in Texas had suffered losses. Significantly, the loss exceeded $2 billion.
Lofton too had his fair share of loss in this, but things eventually started to look better when it benefited his company instead because people needed assistance with their insurance companies. This $15 million worth of insurance work was enough to give their business another head start, and they expanded their services to start the construction of SPEC homes and retail centres. Eventually, in the next year, the company bought half a billion-dollar worth of development groups based in Texas that specialized in the construction of the real estate. From then on, the business has only succeeded under the guidance of Lofton.
Currently, Aron G. Lofton has his work set up in Mexico and the United States, but he wishes to venture throughout the world and expand his areas of work as a real estate agent. We wish him the best in his future endeavours!
