After comments about Trisha, Chennai Police file a complaint against Mansoor Ali Khan

Chennai Police has filed an FIR against Tamil film actor Mansoor Ali Khan for making tasteless and derogatory remarks against southern star Trisha. Thousand Lights’ all-female police department charged him with sexual harassment and intent to insult the modesty of a woman. The case stems from a complaint by the National Commission for Women. “We will send a notice to him first,” Mansoor Ali Khan told media when asked if he was a police officer. She co-starred with lead actress Trisha in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s blockbuster film ‘Leo’.

His comments sparked outrage, especially from Trisha herself who condemned his comments on X (formerly Twitter) as sexist and misogynistic. Trisha tweeted: “I will never share screen space with Mansoor Ali Khan. His comments are not only disappointing but reflect a mindset that has no place in our industry.” Apart from this, singer Chinmayi and actor Khushbu also expressed their disapproval of Mansoor Ali Khan.

In a video clip shared on a WhatsApp group, Khan said: I’m sure he (director Lokesh Kanagaraj) will also speak for me. ” They don’t let us rape. “I gave up on the idea of speaking at a Leo movie event because others might think it would cause a conflict.”

He added: “I was very excited.” Here Let me tell you: When I was told that I would be working with Trisha more than me, I definitely thought there would be a bed scene. I thought I could do the same thing by throwing Khushbu and Roja on the bed. Is there a rape in 150 movies that I haven’t committed? Are there any crimes I haven’t committed? No villain is cast. They carried Trisha in their hands to snow-white Kashmir, just as Hanuman carried him through the hills of Chiranjeevi. They didn’t show them at all, took them home and tampered with them without touching the ground, which was probably related to the release of his next film and speculation about his political entry. She clarified that her comments were meant to be a casual reflection on how the portrayal of women in film has changed compared to the past, and were not about any particular individual. He said, “I only spoke positively about Trisha, saying that she was safely brought back to Kashmir and brought back. Unlike old films, there is no room to play with the heroines.”
