Stephanie Caballero-Martin is a superb mompreneur that understands the basics of juggling the roles of being a mother and running a business simultaneously. The budding entrepreneur is the CEO of Tranquil Store, an online-centered health store that sells products dedicated to solving women’s health issues like menstrual cramps, back pain, body aches, and other related discomforts that women experience daily.
She is best described as a wife, mother, and boss because she effectively plays her role in running her family affairs and business ventures. Over the years, her brand has had a positive run, and her products are becoming more popular among customers. I decided to contact Stephanie for an exclusive interview to discover and learn how she has developed to the level of a super mompreneur. She had these to say;
How are you best described?
I am Stephanie Caballero-Martin, a wife, a mother, and an entrepreneur, so it is best to say that I am a Mompreneur. It fits to describe me like this because I ventured into the world of entrepreneurship while balancing my life as a mother, on the other hand. Although these responsibilities may seem herculean, I am glad about my decision and would not change it for the world.
Why did you venture into your Industry?
The purpose of my brand was spurred by the desire to help women in a society overcome the type of problems that we face as women because of their biological buildup. While growing up, I suffered from severe menstrual cramps and was told that it would reduce after childbirth, but it became even worse after my son. Many women suffer from these pains and symptoms of menstruation, limiting the productivity of their respective endeavors. I took it upon myself to solve these problems in the best way I can.
Where are your inspirations gotten from?
My family, especially my son, inspires me every time. I do all that I do because I want the best for him. I decided to skip working in an office because running my venture will afford me more time to spend with him. I desire to leave behind a legacy that he will be proud of in the future.
How do you manage to overcome stress and burnouts?
Stress is an inevitable part of doing business and becoming a mother. I will be lying to myself if I think that there are no times that I would be overwhelmed with my responsibilities. Whenever this happens, I put away my work devices and have some alone fun time with my family. I use the methods of relaxing, renewing, and restoring to overcome any burnouts that I face. Also, my husband is caring enough to assist with some shared responsibilities as a co-founder of the business and the father of our home.
