Hasan Jaffri is one of the young and most talented producers we have in the global music industry. Grown under the influence of famous producer Richie Souf, Hasan is based in Texas and runs a studio in downtown Dallas.
Hasan believes that Richie Souf is one of the finest producers of our time, and aspires to have his work ethic. That’s why he is currently sharpening his music production skills under Richie’s mentorship. “He has been helping me learn more about bettering my craft for the past 2 years,” says Hasan.
Hasan Jaffri was obsessed with music since a tender age. He took it up as a hobby but his beats charmed up many and he soon created his own fan following. In his career so far, Hasan Jaffri has co-produced songs like Flood My Wrist by A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Ground Works by Killy. He has also worked with big names like Trap Manny, Don Q, Diljit Dosanjh, AP Dhillon, Jubin Nautiyal and Pritam. And in future, he has some more unreleased songs coming soon with a few artists.
Talking about his artistic approach, Jaffri told Nagpur Oranges, “What I’ve observed is that, as an artist or a producer, the best thing you can do to kickstart your career is to take chances. I prefer to push myself and explore new sounds. Of course, generic music is always pleasing to the masses, but it is not loved by anyone. I want my art to speak for itself and reflect my expressions. This authenticity gets people’s affections.”
Hasan wants to leave a legacy that inspires people to do what makes them happy and what they think is best for them and their future. While talking to Disrupt Magazine he had said, “The best advice I can tell someone who wants to be a producer is, if it sounds good to you then keep going. Time will tell, when it’s the right time for you to move up in your music career “
