Before its official opening, Zouk Los Angeles hosted a private VIP celebration on March 13, 2025, attended by industry elites and celebrities. Hospitality mogul Sam Nazarian (SBE), Hui Lim (Zouk Group), and Marc Anthony led the night’s festivities, which featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, inspiring speeches, and a traditional drum ritual symbolizing new beginnings.

Guests were treated to an exclusive first look at the lavish venue while indulging in an exquisite selection of dishes from SBE’s premium dining portfolio. The menu featured culinary delights such as Miso Cod Bites and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice from Katsuya, Steak and Tomato Tartare from Casa Dani, Short Rib Tostadas from MXO, Empanadas from Manolo, and Caviar & Chicken Bites from Zouk. Signature cocktails, including the Jalisco Express and Watermelon Sugar, completed the luxurious dining experience.

The grand opening weekend, held on March 15-16, 2025, welcomed the public to experience the 16,500-square-foot venue. The event kicked off with an electrifying EDM set by DJ Politik, drawing in a crowd that included renowned personalities such as David Dobrik, The Chainsmokers, Jason Oppenheim, and DJ Marshmello.

The celebrations continued into Saturday night, with an unforgettable performance by Metro Boomin’, who delivered a high-energy, 40-minute set featuring chart-topping hits like Like That, X, Space Cadet, Ric Flair Drop, Creepin, Runnin, Mask Off, and More M’s.
